How do I track my order?
All product deliveries are made through the U.S. postal system. To track an order, please do not hesitate to email us using the on-line form above (or email us directly at femminile9@gmail.com..
What are the Shipping/Delivery options?
All orders are delivered within the domestic U.S. via U.S.P.S. priority mail. Expect to receive your order within five to seven (5-7) business days.
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time, we only handle domestic deliveries.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the return instructions below.
How do I return an item?
Please inspect your item(s) immediately. If you need to exchange or return an item due to size or product flaw, please follow these instructions:

Use the online Customer Care Form (above) to request a return/exchange form;

We will then email you our Return/Exchange form which should be completed with return reason provided.

Re-package the product and be sure to include the completed return/exchange form.

Mail to the location provided on the return form and take to the nearest U.S. Post Office.
