SHIPPING
How do I track my order?

All product deliveries are made through the U.S. postal system. To track an order, please do not hesitate to email us using the on-line form above (or email us directly at femminile9@gmail.com..

 

 

 

What are the Shipping/Delivery options?

All orders are delivered within the domestic U.S. via U.S.P.S. priority mail.  Expect to receive your order within five to seven (5-7) business days.  

Do you provide International delivery?

At this time, we only handle domestic deliveries.

 

 

What is your Return Policy?
  • If your product doesn't fit, please do not wear the item!

  • Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.  Please follow the return instructions below.

How do I return an item?

Please inspect your item(s) immediately.  If you need to exchange or return an item due to size or product flaw, please follow these instructions:

  • Use the online Customer Care Form (above) to request a return/exchange form;

  • We will then email you our Return/Exchange form which should be completed with return reason provided.

  • Re-package the product and be sure to include the completed return/exchange form. 

  • Mail to the location provided on the return form and take to the nearest U.S. Post Office.

  • Once the product is received, we will notify you via email and will 

    • exchange the product; or

    • refund your account.
